Your chance to open up and talk about your struggles with mental illness, life challenges, or insecurities in a safe, non-judgmental space surrounded by supportive individuals.

2. Mentorship

Ask a mentor anything you want about navigating life with a mental illness or improving your mental health. Keep in touch with them and build a positive relationship.

3. YMM in Schools

Bring our programs and resources to your school to ensure that students are gaining the proper tools and support to cope with daily stressors and take care of their mental health and well-being.
